Which type of customers do you like to work with and which type of customers do you dislike?

I aim to entertain you a little while giving this answer (especially when describing the type of customer we don’t like), so I ask you not to worry about the exaggeration of some of what I wrote:))

The customer style we love
————————————–
– We love a customer who lets us know that they have received their product. We are relieved and happy when the delivery takes place
– We love customers who enter correct contact information about themselves. Customers we can reach quickly when needed is great for us. We don’t quite understand what those who try to remain mysterious as if they are buying guns or cocaine are trying to do :)) If there is someone who needs to hide, maybe it is us first of all. Not you guys.
-We love the customer who contacts us instead of making a fuss over a minor problem. We are not afraid of damage caused by our fault. We are happy to compensate whatever the cost. Please don’t hesitate to stand up for your rights. It is true that we love money, but not a single one of my clients can claim that we put it above our values! And we are proud of it.
-We like informed customers who know what they want, who read the product description, maybe the terms of service (our policies are real policies with a few simple sentences instead of overwhelming you with legal terms) before they buy!
-We love the customers who share with us the products they produce with the fabrics they buy from us. what we see usually makes us happy. We especially love creative and artistically minded clients. We are really happy to see what they produce. I’m sure Mr. Vuitton and Gucci would love it too!

WHICH TYPE OF CUSTOMERS DO WE DISLIKE WORKING WITH
—————————————————————————————-

– Dear customer who waited until the last minute to buy the product because they needed it urgently, are you testing our limits? Working with customers who need the product urgently makes us a bit nervous. Because at the slightest delay, all hell breaks loose.
-Do you think that we are responsible for our dear customer who claims that he did not receive the product, even though we have documented that we sent the product and the product was delivered according to the tracking number, and sometimes even the delivery photo of the product was shown to him by ups or fedex, am I married to the heir of ups or fedex? Are you expecting me to start an investigation for you with a special request? Does your saying that someone may have taken the package from there really show that there is a problem that I have to deal with?
— Of course we don’t like cunning people who try to mislead us. Movements in our warehouse are monitored by a 24-hour camera. We know what we send to whom and when we send it. Customers who take our time with untrue claims are now on our blacklist.
-I ask my customer who does not read the product description and directs every question to us: for whom I wrote those descriptions. Don’t worry, please, they are all up to date.

-We love it when customers ask if your products are real, copyrighted products. Are you kidding? We live in the age of artificial intelligence. Please be a little interested in the things you love. Please investigate which brand sells fabric with its own copyrighted pattern
