Returns & Exchanges & Refunds

I gladly accept returns, exchanges or a full refund in those conditions:

* If item is defected

* If we send wrong item/items – If item is not as described

* If item is very late to deliver because of my mistake

* If item is lost because we entered wrong adress or name

In those conditions above I may want item back – resend the correct one or refund your money. I never produce excuses if I made a mistake. I know that all my customers are repeating. I belive that thrust is always bringing money everytime already!

(ATTENTION:  Sometimes your item may delay because  your custom process. This is not a refund & return & exchange reason for me! Because lotsly returning costs are same or higher than the cost of item. If you accept those costs, I accept return and replacements without asking any reasons)
