** We locate the cargo with the cargo tracking number we have shared with you. If the cargo has left our country, it no longer belongs to us BUT TO YOU. In this case, it is your duty to track it and contact UPS, Fedex, DHL or TNT, whichever it is, to receive the product. We consider any parcel that appears to have been delivered to your address as received. It’s your problem if you can’t find the package at your door, if someone has already picked it up, if you never saw it, or if the package is returned to the branch because you were not at the address etc…
BUT if the parcel never left our country or never entered yours (it happens from time to time) then we ask you to choose between a full refund or reshipment. Depending on your choice, we will either resend the item or refund your money (including shipping costs)
